What happens if I’m not available when you deliver?
If you are unavailable when we deliver, we will leave a contact card with a note to say that we tried to deliver. You will be able to rearrange the delivery at a time that’s more convenient for you.
Will there be a charge for this service?
There is absolutely no cost to you or the NHS to get your medicines delivered. NHS prescriptions are free if you’re exempt from paying for your medicines, if not our team will discuss them with you and always provide you with the best available option.
How long will you take to deliver my medication?
